Enjoy the same comfort as at home in this unique business studio apartment! The apartment has a total of three sleeping places consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. Of course there is also a kitchen and a bathroom in the apartment. The kitchen corner offers two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. In the bathroom there is a shower, hair dryer, towels, bath towels and toiletries.

Our service includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi internet, TV, monthly cleaning (from a stay longer than 45 nights) and free use of washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. Additional services and parking spaces can be rented for an additional charge.

You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the residential building is the exhibition centre, where interesting fairs take place on a regular basis, such as the Central Switzerland adventure fair Luga. Next door there is also a sports building with indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and fitness centre. In the same building there is also a Migros supermarket.
